Client Brief: Corporate Christmas Party
The Event Company were asked by Good Look Events to provide their client Tottenham Hotspur football club with creative audio visual, themed stage production and music entertainment for their annual staff Christmas party at the Marriot Grosvenor Square, London.
Our client wanted their staff to walk into the venue feeling a sense of luxury, upbeat atmosphere with high end visuals to show case and celebrate the team’s achievement for the year.
They required engaging visuals, immersive sound and atmospheric lighting to create a party centric vibe.
Solution
We know audio visual is an important part of the event planning process. We not only worked directly with the client we also collaborated with the main event management company to ensure our audio visual solution was aligned to the overall event theme.
The theme was focussed on Tottenham Hotspur’s brand identity and colours which we complemented using harmonised lighting, stage décor, music and added features such as:
A special custom-made LED video wall showcasing a special speech from the Football Manager thanking staff for their contribution to the club
Moving head lights and up lights representing the clubs iconic blue and white colours whilst complementing the hotels in-house lighting
For sound we played a variety of background music as guests entered the venue, followed by party anthems covering all genres of music from (afro-beats/80’s and mainstream house
For an elegant feel the DJ booth and dance floor were in a gloss white, giving a mirror like feel and making the space look luxurious.
